This page is for deleting your account in Manuzzio, the game by [NOMBRE O RAZÓN SOCIAL]. You can do it at any time and it's free.

In the app (the fastest way)

Open Manuzzio and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm and you're done: the account is deleted right away.

If you play as a guest, your account is stored on that device or browser, so delete it from there.

What is deleted

• Your account: display name, friend code, your Apple, Google Play Games or guest identifiers, and your open sessions.
• Your friendships, friend requests, invites and blocks.
• The link between you and the games you played.

What is kept

• Finished games: they stay in the other players' history, but your name becomes "Jugador" ("Player") and they are no longer linked to you. The move record has no names, only seat numbers.
• Reports and sanctions: if there is an open report or a sanction in force, we keep the minimum needed to resolve or enforce it, for up to 12 months*.
• Pseudonymous usage data: it doesn't include your name and deletes itself within 3 months at most.
• Error reports, if you had turned them on: they delete themselves within 90 days at most.
• Technical logs: they delete themselves within 7 days at most.
• Backups: deleted data may remain there for up to 30 days and then it is gone.
• On your device: your settings stay on the phone or browser until you uninstall the app or clear the browser's data.

How long it takes

• In the app: right away (plus the 30 days for backups).
• With the form: within 5 business days of receiving your request. If we need to confirm that the account is yours, we will write to you first. [REVISIÓN LEGAL]

If you no longer have the app

Fill in the form below with your friend code (you can see it in the app, under Friends) and an email address where we can answer you. Because other people may know your friend code, before deleting the account we may ask for details only you know, such as your display name, who you played with recently or since when you've had the account. If you don't remember the code, tell us what you know or write to support@theboccgames.com.

If it was a guest account and you lost the device, there is no way to tell which account it was: it deletes itself after 12 months without use*.
